We give you results that allow you to provide better patient care. Simply send us a biopsy sample in the containers we provide and get your results within 2 business days from receipt of the biopsy.

After You Ship Your Sample

Results are generally available within 1-2 business days of receiving the sample.

Some samples may require additional processing time if the RNA yield is low. You will be notified if your sample will require more processing time.

For samples received on Fridays, results will be available Monday. If results are required over the weekend, please contact the lab to make arrangements.

An account will be created for you on our secure results portal upon receipt of your first sample.

You will receive an email notification once the report is available on the portal.
